At Crooma Contact Lenses we guarantee that we ship your order the same day (for online payments) if it’s placed before 2:00 PM on a business day. Transit time, according to the courier, is 2 to 5 business days for most capital cities and some mid-size cities. These timeframes are met in MOST cases, though sometimes there may be delays of 1 or 2 days. Please understand our commitment is with the dispatch process — we do not manage the courier’s logistics.
From the moment you place your order, we’ll keep you informed by email. If your shipment is through a national courier, you will receive a tracking number in your inbox to monitor its progress.

Yes. We use reference images of models, customers, and influencers wearing our contact lenses. The final result depends on each person’s natural eye color, skin tone, hair, and the lighting in the photo.
Use and Handling of Your Lenses
Although Crooma contact lenses are yearly lenses, we recommend not exceeding 3 to 6 months of use due to possible contamination or improper handling, which can cause serious eye damage. Always follow your eye doctor's supervision and care guidelines.
- Wash hands with soap and water, rinse and dry with a lint-free towel before handling lenses.
- Avoid water contact with lenses.
- Do not rinse or store lenses with water (tap or sterile).
- Never rinse lenses in your mouth. Saliva is not sterile.
- Do not use rewetting drops as disinfectants. They are not effective.
- Follow the wear schedule recommended by your eye doctor.
- Clean and store lenses as instructed by your eye care professional and solution manufacturer.
- Rub and rinse lenses with solution before soaking them — this “rub and rinse” method is considered more effective by many experts.
- Rinse the lens case with fresh solution (not water), and let it air dry.
- Clean and replace the lens case regularly — at least every 3 months. Don't use damaged or cracked cases.
- Handle contact lens solution with care. Never reuse old solution or overfill the case.
- Do not transfer solution between containers, even for travel. This can compromise sterility.
- Keep the solution bottle clean and tightly closed. Avoid contact between the nozzle and surfaces.
- If lenses are stored for an extended period, re-disinfect them before use.
- Use lenses only under prescription and supervision from a licensed eye care professional.
- Remove lenses and contact your eye doctor immediately if you experience redness, pain, tearing, light sensitivity, blurred vision, discharge, or swelling.
Sleeping in contact lenses increases the risk of serious eye infections. Only your eye doctor can determine if overnight wear is appropriate for you.
Swimming or showering with lenses exposes your eyes to infection risk due to microorganisms in the water. Consult your eye care provider before doing water activities while wearing lenses.
First, remember the lens cannot get lost behind your eye. Move your eye until the lens shifts into view. Wash your hands, then try removing it. If it doesn’t move, apply lubricating drops and gently move your eye around. You can also softly press your eyelid to help reposition it. If discomfort persists, contact your eye care provider.
No. Never share your contact lenses with anyone, even for cosmetic purposes. Sharing lenses can transmit microorganisms and cause serious eye infections.
You should not wear contact lenses if you:
- Have an eye infection or inflammation (redness, swelling)
- Have a condition, injury, or dryness that interferes with lens wear
- Have a systemic illness that may affect or be affected by lens use
- Have certain allergies or are on medications that contraindicate lens use
No. Do not reuse the blister pack your Crooma lenses came in — it cannot be sealed again. Store lenses in a proper contact lens case with fresh sterile saline solution for soft lenses.
